Before you are introduced
Message us with the new date or to cancel. If nobody is introduced, the advance is refunded in full; if she cannot accept, it carries to your next choice.
Once you are introduced
The advance is refunded in full only if she cancels or does not come. Otherwise it is not refunded if you cancel or change the plan, and the date can move only if she agrees; the advance stays on the booking. She has kept that day for you and turned down other occasions, which is why the rule is firm.

If we cannot provide the date
The rule above is for a client changing their mind. If we cannot provide the occasion you booked, it does not apply to you: we offer another verified companion free that day, and if none suits you, the booking is refunded.
Frequently asked questions
What if the wedding is postponed?
The same rule applies. Tell us as soon as you know. Before you are introduced, the advance is refunded in full if nobody is introduced, or carries to your next choice if she cannot accept. Once you are introduced it is refunded only if she cancels or does not come, and the date can move only if she agrees.
Can I book half a day for a short event?
Every booking is one full day; a shorter plan is still a day, at the same price.
How do refunds arrive?
The method and timing of a refund are stated in your booking confirmation, before you pay.
