Hiring a date for the occasion — explained

Discretion when you hire a date

3 min read

Your details are used to arrange your booking and for nothing else. She is told what the brief says and nothing more. We never confirm to anyone — a colleague, a guest, a family member — that you are a client, and her identity documents are never shown to you either.

What we keep private

  • Your name, contact details and the occasion
  • That you have booked at all
  • Her documents and personal details, which you never see

What she knows

Your first name, the plan, the introduction and the names in your brief. Contact goes through Girlfriend Hire, so neither of you shares a personal number.

A man in a white shirt and his date, a woman in a trench coat, talking as they sit on seaside rocks in the low evening sun.
A dinner in another city, with a local at your side.

At the event

She follows the introduction you agreed and never volunteers more. Photographs of her are taken or posted only if she agrees — settle wedding photographs in the plan.

Frequently asked questions

Will colleagues find out she was hired?

Not from us, and not from her. What you say is yours; the introduction is agreed in advance.

Who sees the invoice?

Only you and us. If you need it addressed in a particular way, ask before you pay.

Can I delete my details afterwards?

Yes, subject to the records the law requires us to keep. The privacy policy explains what and for how long.
